Fractional CO2 laser:
The co2 selectively abalates the colours of damaged skin & in response to it skin then repairs those tiny shafts by pushing out the old damaged skin and replacing it with new skin.
Downtime: You May have scabbing over treated areas for4-5 days post laser.
Side effects: It’s a very effective laser but if proper sunprotection is not followed post procedure then sometimes it can lead to more or less pigmentation over treated areas.But the pigmentation fades on its own within few weeks And no laser does not lead to cancer in future.It’s a myth
MnRF (micro needling Radiofrequency):
Microneedling uses a fine needle to create microwounds, or channels, in the skin. This triggers the production of capillaries, elastin, and collagen, healthy new skin. It’s also called collagen induction therapy.
Pros of this treatment is that it does not have downtime. You May have mild redness only for a day or two, that’s it.Also it is very safe in all skin types.
Dermapen:
It is a micro needling device in which stamping mode to make controlled skin injury is used. ( instead of rolling unlike Dermaroller). So it is much more effective & does not damage superficial skin layer unlike Dermaroller.
